     Congresswoman Donna M. Christian-Christensen announced the availability of registration booklets for the U.S. Department of State's 1999 Foreign Service Officer's written examination in her Virgin Islands Congressional Offices.
     
     Completed forms must be RECEIVED by October 8, 1999 for U. S. Test Centers. The test will be administered at the University of the Virgin Islands, St. Thomas campus on November 6, 1999. Residents interested in working in a foreign country with the Department of State are urged to come to Delegate Christensen's St. Thomas district office in Vitraco Park Mall or the St.Croix office in Sunny Isle Shopping Center to pick up a registration booklet. Applicants may also register online at: www.act.org/fswe/index_r.html. The Foreign Service Written Examination study guide web page can be accessed at www.act.org/fswe/index_s.html.
