Quickly Find Relevant Case Law for Criminal Defense    This site offers recent federal circuit cases won by criminal defendants organized in 83 topics from warrantless searches to resentencing. Its goal is to help you quickly find an argument and supporting case law to help your client. It is provided by the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Districts of Norther New York and Vermont. Federal Guidelines for Drunk Driving and Auto Accidents    The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's "Desk Book" for police officers contains federal guidelines on everything from field sobriety tests and breathalyzers to traffic stops and highway engineering.
