Nixon Tapped to Chair Young Lawyers    St. Thomas attorney William H. Nixon, Jr. has been appointed as Chair of the Virgin Islands Bar Association's Young Lawyers Committee. He will be assisted by St. Croix attorney Richard Evangelista who will chair the St. Croix affiliate of the Territory's young lawyers organization.
